We provide services for adults with intellectual and developmental challenges who live in their family home or their own apartment or home, to assist these individuals to live as independently as possible.
Our goal is to address the immediate needs of individuals with intellectual challenges through assistance in daily living activities, social support, and community-based activities. We provide opportunities so they can live a more independent life. Hence, allowing these individuals to make personal choices and decisions in their own lifestyle.
We assist in the following:
- Activities of Daily Living in the home and in the community
- Travel Training: using access link, transit, train, transportation
- One-to-One Tutoring Services
- Leisure activities such as watching movies, dining out, and other community-related activities
